Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil
The Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil (EVOOO) produced by our family with organic methods comes from centuries-old olive trees of various cultivars among which: Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino and others typical of ancient olive groves that give the oil a wealth of flavors and unique aromas.
Every year from late October to early November we pick our olives by hand and every evening they are cold-pressed. The briskness between harvesting and pressing is essential to keep all the natural nutritional properties intact and obtain a great Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
In the last 2 years our EVOO won the first prize in the local competition and we won a Gold medal 2021 “Evo International Olive Oil Contest”.
